Workshop: 'Opening up early modern studies: taking digital humanities beyond university': non- academic institutions (III)
The workshop will explore the role of digital humanities in the display of knowledge related to the early modern period at a non-academic level – museums, libraries, cultural foundations (e.g. usefulness of the digital resources, ways in which the digital humanities could facilitate the approach to the early modern period by a non-professional audience, challenges given by digital resources to museums, galleries and libraries, future of digital humanities in relation to these institutions).
