Copyright exceptions for OER mapped in new study

The European Open Edu Policy Project is addressing the problem of varying conditions regarding copyrighted works with a study that maps out the exceptions and limitations of copyright law for educational purposes across Europe. Teresa Nobre, author of the study and Legal Lead of Creative Commons Portugal, aims to make the highly complex and fragmented landscape easier to understand. The survey includes 49 countries and is available for download as well as the open data.
