Growth of e-learning in South Africa

The math, science and literacy score of students in South Africa is one of the lowest in a list of 148 countries. The World Economic Forum published the list in 2014 and there is data which revealed that 13% of grade 5 learners were illiterate; South Africa was ranked near the bottom. But the government wants to minimize this deficit and started partnerships with innovators and companies. They are planning to introduce e-learning in a great measure. The big steps to its realization are training of the teachers and being receptive for investing.
