Our World in Data

“Our World in Data” is a website that offers visualizations of many topics on the basis of a publication from the University of Oxford.
The information is arranged in 16 categories which, among others, contain growth and distribution of incomes, violence, rights, wars, culture, energy use or education.The website presents itself as a database of databases: By offering data for these different topics it enables an understanding of connections between long-rung trends and causes and effects of changes. Being developed as a public good, “Our World in Data” is freely available to reuse under a Creative Commons license.
